Looking for a safe, exciting, and engaging space for your child during the school holidays? Hurupaki Educare offers an action-packed holiday programme based at Hurupaki School in Whangārei, where primary-aged kids can have fun, get creative, make new friends and create plenty of awesome holiday memories!
Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Hurupaki School, Whangārei
What to Bring: Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a drink bottle
WHAT’S IN STORE?
Each day is packed with fun, variety and new adventures, with themed activities such as indoor games, outdoor sports, arts and crafts, baking, and a trip to the movies to enjoy the latest release. During the summer holidays, children can also make the most of supervised time in the school pool!
We encourage children to get involved and give everything a go, but participation is never forced. Children can choose the activities they enjoy and engage with the day in a way that suits them!
NUT FREE CENTRE
We are a strictly nut-free centre to help keep all of our tamariki safe. This means we do not allow nuts or products containing nuts, including Nutella, peanut butter sandwiches, muesli bars containing nuts, or products containing coconut. We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
PROGRAMME FEES
$45/day for in-house fun
$50/day for outing days (or special guests)
A 10% sibling discount applies to each additional sibling from the one family.
OSCAR accredited – WINZ subsidies are available for eligible families! WINZ-subsidised bookings are not eligible for sibling discounts.

Please take care when selecting your child’s days, as bookings are charged regardless of attendance. Once a booking has been confirmed, we are unable to accommodate swaps or changes of days due to staff rostering and programme planning. Additional days can be added at any time, subject to availability. However, you will still be charged for the original day booked, even if your child does not attend.
